SuggestiMate follows a pricing model similar to the one of JIRA 4. In short, SuggestiMate for JIRA will cost you only 10% of your JIRA price.

- License Upgrades - for customers willing to upgrade their license
- Maintenance - for customers who want to renew their ability to get support and updates
- Open Source Licenses - free license for open source projects
New Licenses
Software licenses entitle you to perpetual use and include 12 months maintenance of updates and support. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional. We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Please make sure that you read our license agreement before purchasing SuggestiMate.

License Upgrades
You can upgrade SuggestiMate for JIRA at any time. The upgrade process is very simple. Upgrades include 12 months of software maintenance commencing from the date payment is processed. This will override any existing maintenance period.

Starter licenses (10 Users) are not upgradeable. If you are using a Starter license and wish to move to a higher user tier, you can purchase a new commercial license.
Software Maintenance
All new SuggestiMate licenses come with 12 months of free product maintenance (updates and support). Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our discounted renewal prices.
Software maintenance license costs you half of the initial product license price.

Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. We recommend renewing at least a month before expiration.

Open Source License
SuggestiMate for JIRA is free for any open source project to use.
We want to support open source community and give something back to it.
We have a short list of requirements for your project if you want to apply for an open source license:
- Established code base
- Publicly available project website
- Using a standard open source license
- Your JIRA instance will be publicly accessible via internet
